Performance features:
1.We adopt Germany technology, carbon fiber far infrared heating system. Each layer has independent heating system, heat up faster, ONLY need 3-5 seconds for 1°C. Turbo blower ensures hot air to circulate inside the furnace, temperature inside the furnace is equal and temperature difference does not exceed 2°C.
Nano material is on the inner wall of furnace, it could reflect infrared to keep inner wall from absorbing heat; however, nano material on silicone bag can absorb heat. It greatly improve heating efficiency and save electricity by 50%.
2.Our glass laminating machine can adopt NEW PVB/TPU/EVA film as interlayer to produce architectural laminated glass, top grade decorative laminated glass, bulletproof laminated glass, armored glass, etc. The similar machines from other local suppliers can do EVA glass lamination only.
3.Advanced vacuum system
We adopt wind-cooling vacuum pump, Italian design, working stable and structure beautiful. It could continuously work for 24 hours. Vacuum rate reach up to -0.09 — -0.098Mpa. It’s equipped with vacuum buffer tank, even in case of interruption of electricity supply, the tank could ensure vacuum for silicone bag and make sure high product yield.
4.Our machine produces curved tempered laminating glass in one step, no need autoclave and pre-pressing machine. Max bending height reaches 400mm. If you have autoclave, our laminating glass equipment could perfectly work with it to produce curved safety glass and bulletproof (PC) laminated glass easily and economically.
5.Fully automatic glass lifting platform is hydropneumatic, more durable. It makes the processing easy and safe. It needs only 2-3 workers. It greatly saves your labor cost.

1,Exhibition:
On April 16, 2014, it is the first day of the 25th China international glass exhibition, my customer who comes from Taiwan comes to our company's booth E5-131, my client was attracted by our machine which was processing the bending tempered laminated glass on live, because there is an increasing demand of bending tempered laminated glass in Taiwan. In Taiwan, almost all of the curved laminated glass manufacturers are using autoclave, including our customer also has an autoclave, he suddenly found our laminated machine can process curved laminated glass in our exhibition, so he stay beside our machine and watched the whole processing of laminated glass,was very satisfied to the finished glass, then took a lot of pictures of product and equipment, asked a lot of professional questions, but the customer was still in doubt about our company's strength,and can’t accept the fact that our machine can process bending laminated glass without autoclave at first time, the customer asked to visit our factory later.
2.After the exhibition:
On May 14, 2014, about nine o 'clock in the evening, the client called me that they are now in a laminating machine factory of Guangdong province, which was also found in the exhibition, he found the price is cheaper than us, then he took the PVB film to the factory to test it, but finally found the laminated machine don't process bending laminated glass, the glass is full of bubbles and they tried many times until the night also did not succeed, so the customer immediately gave me a call asking the method, and the processing parameter, I explained it to our customer that our equipment was different from their in processing principle, processing parameters is also different, in addition, at present only we can do bending laminated glass in China.After my explanation, our customer decided to come to our company to look at our equipment.In the evening I bought the ticket from Guangdong to Qingdao, and told them I will go to Qingdao airport with the driver to pick them up.
3.First time visiting our factory:
On May 15, 2014, after picking up our customer in the morning, I took them visit our laminating equipment production, processing, assembling workshop, and our TPU, EVA film production line, to let our customers know our production capacity and technical level. Also we processed the bending laminated glass using the PVB film which was taken by our customer, because the customer reflected the bending laminated glass produced by their autoclave is not ideal, there were many bubbles, so I suggested that using our machine to prepress cooperate with autoclave to do PVB bending laminated glass, and also recommend the customer can use our TPU film make bending laminated glass using our machine without autoclave, which just need one layer of TPU film (0.76 mm). After testing, our customer was very satisfied with the result, and said they will buy our machine.
4,The second time visiting our factory:
On May 26, 2014, the chairman and engineer of our client came to our factory again to confirm technical indexes of our machine , and signed the contract with our company ordered FD - J - 3-4L (2200 * 3600 mm).
One month later, the machine was successfully sent to our customer's factory, and I arranged our engineer to Taiwan for installation and technical guidance, at the same time I prepared a video for the customer for reference.Now, our machine has been put into using in our customer’s factory, it is mainly used for EVA curved laminated glass and do PVB laminating glass which cooperated the autoclave, our customer was very pleased with our machine’s production efficiency, and claimed ]that this is the first and only one in Taiwan which can be used for bending laminated glass processing.
